Step 1: Inspection and Pickup

It all starts with a phone call. After you make an appointment with us, we will send our experts to your location, anywhere in Westchester. We will inspect the rug for any signs of damage or discoloration. We will discuss these with you and clearly tell you if they can be repaired or not. Afterwards, we will carefully transport your rugs or carpets to our cleaning facility.

Step 2: Vacuuming Your Rug

The first thing our experts will do will be to vacuum the rug. Our high-powered vacuums will remove all the dust, surface dirt and any other debris from your rugs and carpets.

Step 3: Preparing the Rug for Washing

The next step is to prepare the rug for washing. Our experts will run several tests on the fabric and will test the colors. The appropriate washing process will be chosen only after we run these tests.

Step 4: Cleaning Your Rug

Now that we know which process and which products work best for your rug, our cleaners will clean the item and remove all the spots, stains and dirt. Don't worry; our special brushes do not cause any damage to the fibers or to the surface of the rug.

Step 5: Drying Your Rug

The rug is then dried. Our drying procedure guarantees that the item will not be damaged. The rug is then inspected thoroughly. If we identify any stains or dirt, the rug will be washed again until it is spotless.

Step 6: Repairs and Final Inspection

Any rug repair or rug restoration procedure can only be made after the rug is clean and dry. After these procedures are done, we will make a final inspection on the rug to make sure everything is perfect. The clean and dry rug will be returned to your location – for free.
